General Policy
⚠️ Donations are generally non-refundable
When you donate, you're making a gift to support a creator's project. We encourage you to carefully consider donations before completing them.
When We May Issue Refunds
We may consider refunds in these limited cases:
Confirmed Fraud
If we determine that the campaign was fraudulent, we may refund donations from that campaign.
Terminated Campaigns
If a campaign is terminated by MillionMe for policy violations before funds have been sent to the campaign owner, we may refund donations.
Unauthorized Transactions
If you believe your payment method was used without authorization:
- Contact us within 48 hours of the transaction
- Provide documentation supporting unauthorized use
- File a report with your financial institution
We will investigate and issue a refund if the unauthorized use is verified.
Technical Errors
If a technical error results in a duplicate or incorrect charge, we will refund the erroneous amount upon verification.
How to Request a Refund
Email support@millionme.co within 30 days with:
- Your donation receipt or transaction ID
- The campaign name
- Why you're requesting a refund
- Any supporting documentation
Refund Process
If a refund is approved:
- Refunds will be credited to your original payment method
- Processing takes 5-10 business days
- Platform fees and payment processing fees may not be refundable
- You will receive email confirmation when the refund is processed
Chargebacks
Please contact us before filing a chargeback with your bank. We're happy to work with you to resolve concerns. Chargebacks can result in additional fees and may affect Campaign Owners.
